Psychological strengths are positive traits that are personally fulfilling. They promote adjustment and adaptation and can be applied on purpose to achieve our full potential. Noticing our strengths and using them at work in a balanced way contribute to our emotional wellbeing, help build satisfying relationships, and increase our performance.
